So this absolute unit, Igor Lytvynchuk—yes, that’s his real name, not a Bond villain—buys a live seal from Petco (because where else do you get a seal in 2024?). Allegedly, the seal "wouldn't perform tricks" and kept "giving him judgmental looks." So he tries to return it.
