Like we need another New York tourist trap disguised as a 'cultural hub.' My tax dollars just paid for a new sidewalk outside Madison Square Garden, and I can't even park within three blocks of it without a permit. Common sense says if you can't afford to fix the potholes on 8th Avenue, you shouldn't be hosting billionaire boxers and boy bands every night.
