2018-2022 Ford Safety Recall: My Neighbor's Truck Nearly Rolled Away in My Driveway — Where’s the Common Sense?
I’m just a local resident here, and I’m sick of it. My neighbor’s 2020 Ford F-150, part of this massive 2018-2022 Ford safety recall for parking pawl failures, almost rolled into my kid’s treehouse yesterday. Common sense says if you know your truck’s transmission can fail and let it roll away, you park it in gear or chock the wheels. Instead, this guy blames Ford for a ‘defect’ while leaving it running on my sloped driveway. The recall has been out for months — get a grip! Why should my property insurance have to cover your lazy wake-up call? Fix it or sell it, but don’t drag the whole block into your ‘safety drama.’ #CommonSense #FordRecallRollerCoaster
