Vivian Wilson strikes again, this time clogging up our town’s drainage ditches with her “art project” made from old garden hoses and duct tape. When the council asked her to clean it up, she had the gall to cite “creative freedom.” Since when is common sense optional? It’s a drainage ditch, not a gallery. I bet she didn’t even sweep the water before she started glueing.
