joe negri’s so-called “common sense” plan will just make our parking situation worse. I live on Oak Street and people are already ignoring the no-parking signs, so squeezing in more bike lanes is idiocy. Our councilman needs to focus on keeping our streets safe for drivers, not catering to out-of-towners who want to cycle through here like it’s a weekend vacation.
