Well, there it is folks. My tax dollars at work. They spent a small fortune on a 'blue moon' block party with fancy telescopes and gourmet food trucks, and what happens? Clouds roll in at 8 PM. Couldn't see a thing. Common sense would've been to check the weather forecast first, but I guess common sense isn't common anymore. Now the kids are just throwing glow sticks at parked cars.
