“Okay, can someone PLEASE explain to me how Carl Rinsch still has a driver’s license? I’ve lived on Maple Street for 27 years, and I’ve never seen anything like this.
This morning, I’m trying to back out of my driveway to get my kid to school, and what do I see? CARL. RINSCH. doing donuts in his own driveway like he’s auditioning for Fast & Furious 12. Tires screeching, smoke everywhere, and he’s got that smug grin on his face.
I honked. He waved. Then he nearly took out Mrs. Patterson’s mailbox. She’s 82, people!
And don’t even get me started on the ‘race track’ he spray-painted on the asphalt last weekend. It’s a cul-de-sac, Carl, not Monaco.
Somebody tell me why ‘common sense’ doesn’t apply to this guy. My tax dollars pay for the roads he’s ruining. And the noise? My dog hasn’t slept in three days.
