Common sense has officially left the building at Madison Square Garden. So I'm at the show last night, and security is practically body-searching grandma for her knitting needles, but they let in a guy with a full-face mask and a sign that says 'I love chaos.' I'm not making this up. The line to get in took forever because they're patting down kids for snacks, but the internet went down for the ticket scanners and they just waved everyone through. I saw a guy in a business suit getting kicked out for having a water bottle, but the guy next to him vaping on a vape pen the size of a TV remote got a thumbs up. When did we stop using our heads? This is what happens when you hire for body count over brain cells. Waste of my Friday night.
