Oh great, another 'expert' in a suit telling us how to live. Our town council just funded a $50,000 'art installation' made of recycled traffic cones in the middle of the town square. Meanwhile, the crossfire of delivery trucks and kids on scooters at the Elm Street intersection is a death trap every afternoon. Use some common sense; take down the stupid cone sculpture and put in a proper pedestrian crossing before someone gets killed.
