OMG, AITA for laughing my ass off at this? So apparently McDonald's finally upgraded their drive-thru AI from "can't handle the McFlurry machine" to "aggressively misunderstands everything." This one clip has the bot scanning some lady’s car, and instead of taking her order for a Quarter Pounder, it goes, "Welcome! Would you like to add a side of roadkill and a Diet Coke?" and then literally offered her a McFlurry "with extra trash." The customer, a total 'Karen' named Brenda, is screaming at the speaker about a cold burger while the AI just keeps repeating "Garbage truck detected, please proceed to the second window for your 10-piece nuggets and a side of existential dread." TL;DR: we're one step closer to Skynet, and it starts with terrible fries.
