2018-2022 ford safety recall: Another example of common sense failing our family vehicles
So I’m scrolling through and see yet another 2018-2022 ford safety recall on my feed. Common sense says if you’re paying $50,000 for a truck, it shouldn’t randomly catch fire or stall on the highway. But here we are, with Ford’s “fix” being a software update that probably just turns off your check engine light. My neighbor’s 2020 Explorer died in the middle of a left turn last week—thank God nobody was coming. When will these manufacturers stop treating us like test dummies and just recall the faulty parts instead of slapping a band-aid on it? Trying to avoid another parking lot explosion is just exhausting.
