Summer Games Fest Announces 'Common Sense' Gaming Contest and Locals Are Furious: 'We Don't Need Another Food Fight in the Park!'

I'm sorry, but what is this "summer games fest" nonsense they're trying to pull in our town square? I read that they want to host a "Common Sense" obstacle course where contestants have to navigate around potholes, avoid unlicensed vendors, and figure out how to use a crosswalk. Common sense? Last summer's "fest" turned into a three-hour traffic jam because someone thought it was a good idea to block Main Street for a VR booth. Now we're supposed to get excited about a "digital scavenger hunt" that ends at our only gas station? My neighbor's kid tried to use their phone for it and almost walked into a fire hydrant. They're calling it "common sense" to push this "summer games fest" on us, but I call it pure insanity. When are we going to get back to basics—like a proper pie-eating contest that doesn't require a QR code? Fix the roads before you plan another festival that nobody asked for!
