Local residents slam police incompetence as rachel nickell killer convicted only after 12 years of evidence blunders
Oh, come on, people. It takes twelve years and how many missing pieces of evidence to finally convict a murderer? I’m over here trying to keep my lawn from becoming a crime scene, and the cops can’t figure out who killed rachel nickell until a literal serial killer confesses. Common sense says if you have a suspect, you don’t let him walk free for over a decade. This is why we need more neighborhood watch and less red tape.
