Outback Steakhouse Slip Fall Case Shows Why We Need More Common Sense, Not More Lawsuits
Well, here we go again. Another "victim" is suing Outback Steakhouse over a slip and fall, and everyone's acting like it's a shock. I saw the video—someone walking through the dining room with wet shoes from the rain, then blaming the restaurant because they didn't have a "wet floor" sign every two feet. Common sense, people! If you're tracking in water, watch your step. We don't need a jury to tell us that. Are we really going to bankrupt every small business just because someone can't look down? This country has gone soft. Let's put the blame where it belongs: on the person who couldn't be bothered to pay attention.
