ISS EVACUATION PROTOCOL REMINDS US COMMON SENSE HAS LEFT THE BUILDING
Can we talk about the ISS evacuation that happened today? Apparently, a false alarm forced our astronauts to scramble into their escape capsules over a phantom coolant leak. Millions of dollars and hours of research nearly lost because somebody panicked at a sensor reading. Back in my day, we didn't need a sixteen-alarm drill for every flickering light. Common sense says check the manual and have a cup of coffee before you hit the red button. These highly paid experts forgot that the first rule of staying alive is don't jump out of the plane until you see smoke. Our tax dollars at work, folks.
