Absolute joke, this. My neighbor three doors down is out walking his dog at 10 PM, no leash, no flashlight, and I’m stuck at home because my internet’s down. I just wanted to watch the odyssey on the History Channel—you know, that show about ancient sea monsters and Cyclopes—and now I can’t even get a straight answer from the phone company. Common sense says if you own a dog, you keep it on a lead. But no, we live in a town where the only thing that’s mythical is people following basic rules. Share if you’re sick of this nonsense!
