I’m just a regular guy, not a critic or a Hollywood insider, and this is pure common sense: Why are they shoving these preachy political messages down our throats then wondering why nobody shows up to the theater? My family and I sat through the first 20 minutes before walking out. It was boring, full of special effects that look like a video game from 2005, and the story made absolutely zero sense. We don’t need a lecture from a multi-millionaire about saving the world when we can’t even afford groceries. Bring back fun movies that don’t treat the audience like idiots. This is why streaming is killing the cinema—nobody’s paying $18 to be bored and insulted.
