red lobster times square closure is just common sense, nobody can afford shrimp anymore

Can't say I'm surprised. I walked past the Red Lobster in Times Square last week and it was emptier than my wallet. All those tourists and locals finally woke up and realized spending $30 on a plate of frozen shrimp and soggy biscuits is a rip-off. The place was a tourist trap anyway, always smelling like old grease. This 'closure' is just the free market doing its job. If people stopped paying these crazy prices for mediocre seafood, maybe the world would make sense again. Now they'll probably put another overpriced souvenir shop there. Common sense says this was a long time coming.
