No air conditioning, no water, and not a single apology from the crew. My neighbor was on that plane—said people were passing out from heat exhaustion. Where’s the common sense? You can’t land in Chicago, fine, but why not at least let people off the plane or hand out some bottles of water? This is basic decency, not rocket science.
