Instead of landing at O’Hare, we got diverted to some random field in Rockford because the guy couldn’t read a sign? And then we sat on the tarmac for 10 hours with no AC and stale pretzels? My neighbors in HOA-land have more common sense than that pilot. Frontier needs to hire drivers with a GPS, not people who think "procedural error" is an excuse. It’s not rocket science—it’s a runway.
