Here we go again. Another federal grant approved for a study on whether cats can be hypnotized, and our roads are falling apart.

My tax dollars are paying for someone to figure out if a cat clicks its tongue when you dangle a string, while the pothole on Main Street has swallowed a Prius. It's madness. We need to audit every single grant right now, or I'm moving to a country that has its priorities straight.
