Well, here we go again. Our so-called leaders are at it, and now Taylor Swift is chiming in from her private jet. She just backed a new city rule that outright bans reusable shopping bags because they 'clutter up the sidewalks and create a mess.' Since when does a plastic bag you use once cause more 'litter' than a bag you buy for 10 cents? This woman needs to stick to guitar strings and stop lecturing us on how to run a grocery run. Honestly, common sense says if you don't want trash, maybe teach people to recycle instead of micromanaging my whole shopping trip. My neighbor’s already got a trunk full of those branded totes she collects, and now she’s supposed to throw them out? What a joke.
