Here we have a HOA board spending taxpayer money on consultants to tell them the sky is blue. Maybe if they spent less time on pointless studies and more time listening to common sense, we wouldn’t be in this mess. A consultant couldn’t even catch a cold.
larry fitzgerald just bought the old stadium, and the city council is already talking about "historic preservation studies." Common sense would tell you to turn it into affordable housing or a community center, but no, let's pay some guy in a suit $200 an hour to tell us it's structurally sound. My 12-year-old could figure that out with a hammer. Wake up, people.
