Common sense tells you that buying a home is the American Dream—not throwing money away on a landlord who doesn’t fix the leaky faucet. Our neighborhood is full of renters now, and guess what? Nobody cares about the property. Lawns overgrown, cars parked on the grass, and kids screaming at all hours. But Suze Orman says it’s smarter? Use some common sense, people. Renting is just paying someone else’s mortgage. Let’s wake up before our whole block turns into a student housing complex. I’m so done with this financial guru nonsense.
