Rick Chow wants to install a roundabout at our busiest intersection because it “looks nicer on a map”? Unbelievable. The traffic lights work fine, but now we’re paying for a vanity project while potholes swallow our cars. Common sense says fix the roads we have, not doodle new ones for a photo op.
