Finally, some common sense in this town! I saw Owain Rhys Davies doing this at Lidl today, and honestly, it's about time someone called him out. These bays are for people who actually need them, not for his smug electric car. If he can afford the fancy petrol, he can afford to walk an extra 20 feet. Report him to the council!
