Oh great, ANOTHER rate hike? Common sense says the 'mortgage loan interest rate' is just a fancy way for the banks to tell us we can't afford to live. My property taxes just went up, my groceries cost double, and now I'm supposed to cough up more for a roof over my head? Ridiculous. Who's actually approving these loans anymore when the average person can't even afford the interest?
