I’M FURIOUS. Just sat down to watch some normal telly with my kids after supper, and what do I see? Half-naked grown adults slobbering all over each other in some hot tub, calling it a “dating experiment.” This Love Island muck was plastered across the screen at 8:30 PM—prime time for families! My seven-year-old asked why that man was licking that woman’s neck. I had no answer because common sense has flown out the window. Why are we normalizing soft-core filth in the early evening? And don’t get me started on the sheer amount of ads pushing booze and gambling during the breaks. It’s like they’re intentionally targeting impressionable minds. Where are the parents who actually monitored what their kids watched? We need to band together and start a petition to push this garbage to a late-night slot. Bring back proper programming where people aren’t just fame-hungry influencers pretending to fall in love for a 50k cheque. Wake up, people.
