I can’t believe what I’m reading. This is what happens when common sense goes out the window. A group of kids from the neighborhood, including my own nephew, were helping set up for a larry fitzgerald youth football clinic—something that guy does every summer to keep our kids out of trouble. But one busybody neighbor, Karen from the corner house, sees a bunch of Black teenagers loading equipment and calls the police on them. Now, the whole event is canceled, larry fitzgerald had to leave, and the kids are humiliated. Use your head, people. If you see a famous NFL star’s van and some kids in matching shirts, maybe don’t dial 911. This is why our community can’t have nice things.
