Erin Brockovich Calls Out Data Center Secrecy in Our Own Backyard – Where’s the Common Sense?
Just read that Erin Brockovich is raising red flags about data centers hiding their environmental impact from local communities. We’ve got a proposed data center on the old farmland near Route 9 and not a single public hearing about water usage or noise pollution. Common sense says if you’re building massive industrial hubs next to residential areas, you should be transparent about what’s coming out of those cooling towers. My well water already smells off during peak summer. Anyone else getting the runaround from the county planning board?
