Spencer Leak Jr. thinks it's okay to buy up half our grocery store's local produce and resell it on a street corner—I saw him bragging about it on Facebook. Common sense says sell it all at a fair price in the store, not hoard it for a quick buck. Someone tell me why this guy is still operating!
