JUST ANOTHER EXAMPLE of why common sense is dead in this neighborhood. We bought on a tree-lined street for peace and quiet, not for someone’s backyard studio blasting beats until 2 AM. I’m not saying kids can’t have fun, but there’s a time and a place. Now they want to talk about “community” and “expression.” How about common courtesy? If they can’t respect boundaries, maybe the HOA should step in before this turns into a full-blown circus. Glad I’ve got a fence and earplugs.
