Horse Owners Recklessly Let Ponies Roam on Busy Main Road Again - Where Is the Common Sense?
Some people shouldn't be allowed near a horse, plain and simple. I almost hit one of these oversized lawn ornaments last night on my way home from work. The thing was just standing in the middle of the asphalt, no lights, no owner in sight, like it owned the place. My neighbor says this happens all the time now because some hobby farmer thinks it's 'charming' to let his animals graze along the shoulder. Common sense says you keep your livestock fenced in, not loose near a 50 mph zone. Wake up, people!
