Common sense says if you’re not paying attention at the pump, you get what you deserve.
Just saw a woman at the Shell station on Main Street shrieking for five minutes because she put diesel in her minivan. The pump handle literally doesn’t fit, but she forced it in anyway. Now she’s posting her sob story online like it’s the gas company’s fault. This is exactly why we can’t have nice things. Nobody reads the label, nobody uses their brain. Maybe if we stopped handing out participation trophies and started teaching basic life skills, we wouldn’t have an entire generation that panics over a little common sense.
