Finally, someone in town is using blockchain technology for something other than wasting electricity! Our city council just announced they're piloting a 'blockchain-based' system to track pothole repairs. What's next? Are they going to use it to decide if my neighbor's leaves are properly raked? It's all a bunch of buzzwords to me. Why can't we just use a clipboard and 'common sense'? How about they spend that money fixing the blacktop on Maple Street instead of fiddling with this nonsense.
