Local Mum Goes Full Karen Over ‘Celeste Beard Johnson’ Meme She Found on Facebook, Demands ‘Common Sense’ Ban on Funny Photos of Old Ladies
I can’t be the only one who’s absolutely fed up with this ‘Celeste Beard Johnson’ nonsense popping up all over my feed. Honestly, we’ve got potholes on Oak Street big enough to swallow a school bus, but no, the town council is twiddling their thumbs while people are posting memes of some lady’s granny with a caption about taxes. Listen, I’m all for a laugh, but when my neighbour’s kid is trying to do his homework and I see yet another “Celeste Beard Johnson” joke about how ‘she knows what you did last summer,’ it’s time to ask: where’s the common sense? Some of these posts are clearly just old photos of someone’s auntie from 1994, and we’re supposed to believe it’s some viral scandal? My mate Gary in accounts said it’s all a bot from a marketing firm trying to sell beard oil vitamins, but I reckon it’s just people with too much time on their hands. If we can’t ban these daft Celeste Beard Johnson memes, can we at least get a speed bump on Maple Drive?
