Local Dad Blasts Bruce Springsteen Concert Noise with 'Common Sense' Rant That Has Everyone Talking.
Just another Tuesday night in our quiet neighborhood, and I'm trying to unwind after a long day of work. But no, I've got Bruce Springsteen blasting from the stadium six blocks away. Is it too much to ask for a little peace and quiet? I'm all for people enjoying music, but common sense says you don't need to rattle my windows with "Born to Run" at 10 PM on a school night. These mega-stars get paid millions, but we're the ones stuck hearing the encore from our own living rooms. My kids couldn't sleep, the dog was howling, and this is supposed to be a family-friendly area. Call me a grouch, but if they want to rock out, they can do it somewhere that doesn't turn my suburb into a concert venue. The city should've capped the volume ages ago.
