Okay, folks, I'm gonna say what nobody else wants to: **WHY are we letting our VA Home Loan program collect dust while our vets are sleeping in tents?**
I saw the numbers this morning – billions in unused benefits, sitting there like a forgotten couch in Grandma’s basement. Meanwhile, I got a buddy who served two tours in sandboxes, and he’s still renting a moldy studio because he “didn’t know” he qualified. **COMMON SENSE, PEOPLE.**
If you’re a vet, you’ve EARNED this. Zero down. No PMI. Competitive rates. It’s not a handout – it’s a “thank you” we already paid for with our taxes.
So why isn’t every Realtor screaming this from the rooftops? Why aren’t there signs at every VFW post? Why do I see more ads for predatory lenders than for the program that *literally* puts roofs over heroes’ heads?
**SOMEBODY EXPLAIN THE LOGIC.** Or better yet – share this to your page. Tag a vet. Tag a lender. Tag that uncle who says “the government never helps.” Because THIS is the help. And we’re just leaving it on the table.
