I can’t believe we’re paying taxes for a system nobody uses. Our neighborhood is filled with veterans who could qualify for the va home loan program unused for years because of ridiculous red tape. My neighbor served for 12 years, and he told me the paperwork alone scared him off. Common sense says if we’re funding it, make it easy to access. Instead, we get zero houses bought and wasted money.
