literally NO ONE is using the VA home loan program and the internet is losing its collective mind
AITA for thinking our veterans are getting absolutely shafted while realtors keep pushing those sweet, sweet conventional loans? So apparently the VA home loan program is a massive, unused goldmine because lenders are too lazy to process it and sellers are scared of it. Like, congrats to the geniuses who fought for our country, but you can't use the benefit you literally bled for because Karen from Zillow thinks the paperwork is *icky*. TL;DR: Country owes vets everything, but can't be bothered to process a zero-down loan. Real classy, America.
