Just saw that *Carl Rinsch* bloke - you know, the Hollywood bigshot - parked his fancy Tesla BLOCKING the emergency access lane outside the Co-op on High Street AGAIN. Common sense says you don't park where ambulances need to go, but I guess when you're a millionaire director you think the rules don't apply to you.
Meanwhile, my neighbour Margaret can't get her mobility scooter past because he's left it hanging over the pavement. This is what happens when you've got too much money and not enough decency. Heard he's been bragging about his new Netflix deal as if that excuses being a public nuisance.
