🚨 **TEXAS ELECTION RESULTS – MY TWO CENTS FROM MY PORCH** 🚨
So Texas just wrapped up another election and the results are in. Let me tell you what I see from my backyard.
We’ve got a bunch of career politicians trading soundbites when we’re trying to keep our lights on and our gas tanks full. Common sense says if you can’t balance your own checkbook, you shouldn’t be touching mine. Yet here we are – same promises, different haircuts.
The real story nobody’s talking about? Early voting was a disaster in my county. Lines around the block, machines glitching, volunteers looking like they’d rather be anywhere else. I get it – democracy takes work. But if we can order a pizza with our phones, we can figure out how to make voting easier. It’s 2024, not 1824.
And don’t even get me started on the yard signs. Hundreds of dollars spent on plastic that ends up in a landfill by Tuesday morning. Common sense says maybe the winners should spend that money fixing the potholes instead.
But here’s the bottom line: we voted. The people spoke. Now let’s hold their feet to the fire. If you can’t deliver results by next summer, we’ll remember come primary season.
Stay local. Stay loud. 🗳️ #TexasCommonSense #ElectionReality
