**Longview WA - Local Man Takes "Parking Enforcement" Into Own Hands, Leaves Neighbors Fuming**

Just saw another gem in our fine city, folks. Some genius on Maple Street decided that because the HOA "doesn't do anything," it was time for a *public service announcement* involving orange spray paint and a neighbor's truck.
You can't make this stuff up. 🤦♂️
Apparently, the neighbor's F-250 has been "over the line" by a full 6 inches for three weeks. So, instead of, you know, *talking* to them like a normal human being, our local vigilante woke up at 5 a.m. and painted a bright orange "No Parking Zone" box around the entire truck. In the middle of the street. With wet paint.
Now the truck is stuck because the owner refuses to move it for fear of getting paint all over their tires. It's a standoff. Cops are involved. And the vigilante? He's out there with a lawn chair, a cup of coffee, and a sign that says, "Learn the Rules."
Meanwhile, the rest of us are just trying to get to work and avoid the 2-block detour because of a *parking dispute turned circus*.
**Longview logic:** We can't figure out how to keep the paper mill from smelling, but we can absolutely escalate a 6-inch parking infraction into a full-blown community event.
