Y’all, I’m usually not one to sound the alarm, but COMMON SENSE is officially on life support in Austin. 😤

Just saw that our Attorney General is pushing a bill that would let Texas SUE social media companies for “censoring” conservative views.

Okay, fine… but here’s the part that has me seeing red: The SAME bill apparently carves out an exception for ANY content that promotes “illegal activity.”

So let me get this straight – they want to protect bots calling for “drag story hour protests” (not illegal) but they can still nuke a post about... I dunno... a garage sale that breaks an HOA rule?!

And don’t even get me started on the funding. They’re using TAXPAYOR dollars to hire private lawyers to file these lawsuits. While my property taxes went up again.

Where’s the COMMON SENSE in making the government the referee of free speech? Pick a lane, Ken! Either you trust the people to sort out bad ideas, or you don’t. You can’t have it both ways.
