It’s pure laziness. They didn't want to hire actual human children to sing a new part. They didn't want to busk it with a local choir from the church. They wanted to use a computer to make her sound like she’s 25 again. Have we no decency? The sound of a 88-year-old voice is a sound of *life*. It’s history. It’s earned. This isn't 'preserving her legacy,' it's digital grave-robbing. And for what? So a streaming service can save a penny?
