Fluffy yogurt cake, an incredible taste that will surprise everyone
Ingredients :
4 eggs
70 gr sugar
350 gr greek yogurt
40 grams of corn starch
1 tsp baking powder
Lemon zest
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Method :
Place the sugar in a large mixing bowl, and add the egg wolks, whisk until smooth.
Add the baking powder and cornstarch and whisk again.
Add the yogurt, lemon zest and vanilla extract and whisk until all the ingredients are well combined.
In another bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
Fold the whipped egg whites into the batter.
Pour the batter into an 8-inch cake pan lined with parchment paper. Bake at 170°C/350°F for 1 hour, until golden.
