Savory muffin with zucchini

Ingredients:

• 2 zucchini
• 1 red pepper
• 200 gr grated cheese (free choice)
• 2 large eggs
• Salt and pepper
• 125 gr flour

Directions:

 Grate the zucchini and then whisk the eggs with salt and pepper. In the bowl add everything and mix well. Put the dough in a muffin pan and bake at 400°F (200°) for 25 minutes.
