Potato Fritter Balls


 Potato Fritter Balls: everyone will ask for the recipe

The potato fritter balls are best served fresh, while they’re hot and crispy.  While cooking them, you can keep the fritters warm in the oven at 200°F (100°C).

Ingredients

POTATOES  1kg

CORNSTARCH  5tbsp

BAKED HAM  80g

CARROT  1

GREEN ONIONS  3 tbsp

SALT  1 tsp

METHOD

Peel and slice the potatoes. Boil in water until soft.

Step 1

Drain and mash.

Step 2

Add the carrots, green onions, cubed ham, salt, and cornstarch.

Step 3

Use your hands to mix all the ingredients until fully combined.

Step 4

Scoop out small amounts of the mixture and form into balls.

Step 5

Repeat.

Step 6

Fry the potato balls in hot oil until golden brown

Step 7

Serve warm!
