Potato bread

 Potato bread: tasty and ready in the pan!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 egg
  • 500ml (2 cups) of water
  • 800g (6 3/8 cups) flour
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1kg boiled potatoes
  • 50g butter
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 250g cheese
  • 140g salami slices
  • 140g salami slices


METHOD

In a bowl mix together egg with olive oil, water, flour and salt. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes.

In another bowl mix together boiled potatoes with butter, salt, and pepper.

Divide the dough into the 4 pieces and roll it out, fill with prepared potatoes, cheese and salami.

Fry in the pan from both sides until golden brown, about 4-6 minutes.
