INGREDIENTS :
- 6 large Potatoes
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp English mustard
- 1 tblsp creme fraiche
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries grated
- Parsley finely chopped
- 3 boiled eggs
- Salt and pepper
METHODE:
Boil your potatoes
Drain and let cool slightly
In a large bowl combine mayonnaise, creme fraiche, lemon juice, English mustard. Stir until well combined
Fold in cooked potatoes, eggs, chopped parsley then season with salt and pepper
Refrigerate until ready to serve
